Not seeing phone network router could mean that the router is hidden, however, we will take you through from the basics. On your phone Wifi and search for available Wifi connections by refreshing, if you're yet to see your router, touch the three dots usually at the right top of the phone ans select hidden networks you should be able to see your router network now.
Once you've done that, use a system and access the admin portal of the WIFI router by putting the default gateway from there you can now remove it from hidden network to known networks.
