Goto https://www.office.com and Sign in with your outlook account, then click on Word.
Now lets look at how to open the desktop version of it.
Click the Start button. Type "word" without quotation marks into the search box. Click "Microsoft Word" in the list that appears.
Click the Start button. Hover the mouse pointer over "All Programs." Scroll down to the Microsoft Office folder and click it. Select "Microsoft Word."
Press the Windows key and "R" on the keyboard at the same time to bring up the Run dialogue. Type "WinWord.exe" without quotation marks into the box.
Right-click on an empty area of the Windows desktop. Hover the mouse pointer over "New" in the menu that appears. Click "Shortcut." Type or copy and paste "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office14\WINWORD.EXE" into the box. Click "Next." Type "Word" into the box and click "Finish." Double-click the Word shortcut that appears on the desktop to launch Word.
Open an MS Word file on your computer by double-clicking it. If you are asked to choose an application to open the file with, select "Microsoft Word." You may close the file you have opened if you do not want to use it now and open another one instead.
Now that we have Open the word, lets create edit and print contents.
To Create and Edit A Content:

You'll see a preview like this though might be slightly different from yours due to the software upgrade. You can edit your contents by using your delete and backspace keys on your keyboards. and colour from your home ribbon and the rest.
To Print.
Go to your file menu,
- Choose Print from the File menu. ...
- Make sure you select to print using the same printer on which your file will eventually be printed.
- In the Range box, specify what you want to print.
- Click on the Print to File check box. ...
- Click on OK. ...
- Enter a filename, including a path if desired.
- Click on OK.
